John Donnelly is a pro-racer, who started with P1 SuperStock in 2014 at Cardiff Bay in the #00 Typhoo boat. It's fitting that one of John's most memorable moments came at the 2015 Welsh Grand Prix of the Sea, when he and partner Kevin Hunt, pulled out a string of faultless performances to take the overall weekend. It had been a long-time coming for the talented pairing!
Heading into 2016, John jumped into the drivers seat for the Quantum Racing P1 Panther, alongside then Rookie of the Year Vin Burdock. With John's experience and expertise the pair were able to secure second in the championship, with notable wins at Scarborough and Cardiff..
John currently holds the P1 SuperStock speed record with Vin and there's no doubting their championship potential in 2017, even off the back of a scary flip in the Mirchi Mavericks boat at the first ever World Championships in India.
