Racing is our heritage. It’s in our DNA. In fact, Mercury has won more races and has set more speed records and endurance titles than all our competitors combined!
Our influence in the greening of outboard powerboat racing began in 1997: In the legendary 24 Hours of Rouen endurance race, stock 200 h.p. Mercury OptiMax low emissions 2-stroke outboard-powered boats finished a respectable 4th and 5th overall. Mercury Racing again made history at the 2000 Rouen 24 Hour event when Mercury OptiMax low emissions 2-stroke outboard-powered boats took first, second and fourth place overall, beating larger-displacement traditional competition engines of all competitors. This marked the first time a low-emissions engine had won the event since its 1964 inception.
The 300XS continues our tradition of showcasing environmentally responsible technologies on the racecourse, providing P1 SuperStock competitors a low emissions engine that is unmatched in power, efficiency, reliability and durability. Handcrafted-precision matched Mercury Racing Propellers ensure that each boat realizes its maximum performance.
South Florida Ford is the title sponsor of three P1 AquaX events this year in Islamorada, Ft Lauderdale and Key West and is also the ‘Official Tow Vehicle’ of the 2017 season.

Born in America. Loved everywhere in the world.
Back in 1876 times were tough in America. One man, with great determination, took it upon himself to lift the nation’s spirits. That man was Adolphus Busch. His desire to create the Great American Lager took endless optimism, patience and care. After a lot of determination and taste testing he succeeded – after all, America is the land of opportunity. He found beer perfection.

Suncoast Charities for Children is a 501(c)(3) that provides annual grants to the Suncoast Foundation, in support of over 8,000 children, teens, and adults with special needs and their families. The Suncoast Foundation has constructed buildings valued at over $20 Million dollars in the Sarasota, Venice, and North Port area. These buildings are occupied by local non-profit agencies. These non-profit agencies experience a significant savings with an annual lease payment of only $1 per year on each building. Over the past three years (2013 - 2015), Suncoast Charities for Children has provided $324,000 in grant money to the Suncoast Foundation, so that necessary repairs and improvements could be made to these aging campus locations. This allows program and service money to remain untouched and be directed to clients who need it the most. Agencies supported by Suncoast Charities for Children include The Haven, Children First, The Florida Center for Early Childhood, Loveland Villages, and Sarasota County Special Olympics.
